- Reign In Us – Starfield
- Lead Me To The Cross – Brooke Fraser
- For Who You Are – Marty Sampson
- All I Want For Christmas Is You – Mariah Carey
We introduced a new song this weekend – Reign In Us. It seemed to go down very well. Felicia then led everyone in Lead Me To The Cross which she always does a great job on. We ended the worship set with a favourite of mine – For Who You Are.
For the feature spot, Yvette (with Jamie’s help!) sang All I Want For Christmas Is You which got a bit of a cheer when everyone recognized it.
Saturday night’s and Sunday’s 2nd service flowed the best music-wise in my opinion. During Sunday’s 1st service I fumbled on some of the lyrics. Kudos to the band for adjusting when I also kept messing up the structure of For Who You Are!
I’m not leading now for a few weeks and to be honest, after the last couple of weekends, I’m looking forward to a bit of rest and being able to focus on other things – like songwriting for example.
Gary, our previous Worship Pastor leaves for Texas this week and I know everyone on the team including myself will miss him. All the best Bro.
See what other churches did this weekend over at the setlist carnival.

Great setlist! Starfield has some great worship songs! Have you heard there version of “Hossana”?
I haven’t heard Hosanna by Starfield. I’ll be sure to check it out – thanks
Johnny.
great post. And congrats on being the first contributor. :)
Hi Kim – thanks! It’s not like me to have it posted so early.
Like you set list and like the snow on your blog….
“Lead me to the Cross” is such a great song.
“Lead me to the Cross” is such a great song.
Great setlist….fun to do the Carey song too. I assume you don’t sing it in the same key. ;-)
Thanks Paul… I finished with For Who You Are. Yvette took over and sang the Mariah Carey song and did a great job.
